What to include

Please include your iOS version, your device model, and a short description of what you tried and what happened. We read every message.

We aim to reply within a few business days.

Common questions

**Where is my data?** Only on your iPhone. FeelBite has no server. Your journal entries never leave the device unless you export them yourself.

**How do I export my journal?** Open Settings → Export. Pick CSV or JSON. iOS will open the share sheet so you can save the file or send it somewhere.

**How do I delete everything?** Open Settings → Delete All Data. One tap wipes the local store, the Keychain flags, and any pending notifications.

**What if Face ID stops working?** Tap your passcode on the lock screen as the fallback. If you turned App Lock on by mistake, you can disable it from Settings → App Lock once you're back inside.

**Can I sync across devices?** Not at v1. FeelBite is intentionally on-device only.
